The new editor at The Fix, Marshall Payne (http://marshall-payne.livejournal.com/) gives out assignments, but I think The Fix will only review shorts or anthos of shorts.
SFReader.com reviews novels, and it’s a volunteer submission process there – I have a few book reviews up if you want to see: http://www.sfreader.com/bbreviewer_results.asp?LN=Perry&FN=Lyndon
Although I’m not a big-time reviewer (yet! lol) I’d be happy to read one of your novels and comment – and I don’t mind pdf versions. Let me know! Congrats again.
